Sushi ROLLING Bar & Green Tea from the tab

Whatever this day was, I can't remember- but it was a delicious sushi experience.

It cost 100 Yen per plate and you grab whatever plate you want. The sushi bar is continously rolling with new plates and different rools and sashimi rolls. Some even have raw quail eggs on top.

See the plate towers to the right? These are the number of plates people eat, and at the end you count the plates and pay int he cashier. The greentea comes warm from the tab, see the photo on the left, it has a metal tab next to the Soy Sauce Red Jar. Green tea is free-all you can drink!! There is ginger on the table and the wasabi is already put into the sushi between the rice and the sashimi. Not bad ahh? After all, if you don't want to pour the soy sauce into a plate you can just brush it on your sushi. Also there is a sweet thick sauce-(eealsauce) that you can also brush on your sushi!! Uhmm, this was a great place in Hirakata-10 minute bus ride from our dorms and 10 minute walk from the bus station. Certainly there are some weird looking plates and raw fish, some of the guys tryed them out. Not me, as I was scared of getting sick!!

I really enjoyed eating here....
