IMAWARI-The Sunflowers Restaurant -

Around my neighborhood there is a GREAT little place where you can go have food. I went there for lunch and had a cup of "Lab-Like made coffee". The way they make the coffee here makes you to REALLY enjoy the experience- Uhmm it was very interesting and cool. I want to go back again, not only for the delicious flavor of the coffe but also just to see how they make it. The overall taste of the food was good. They mainly serve sandwiches or burgers. The restaurant is hosted by a nice lady, (not uncomon in my neighborhood- the restaunrant are small and only one person fits comfortably behind the bar-where the food and drinks are made or served from.

The coffee is made by boiling water at the bottom of the glass-with a fire torch underneath it. When the water boils it goes up through the small tube in the middle and mixes with the power coffee, which then is filtered and served.
